The Evolution cold air intake system by Injen Technology is the next generation of performance intake systems and the EVO8008C is no exception. The Injen EVO8008C is specifically engineered for the 2019-2022 RAM trucks with the 6.7L Cummins Diesel engine. This amazing intake system was precisely tuned and tested on our in-house dyno to replicate stock fueling while increasing horsepower and torque across the entire powerband. The EVO8008C is a beautiful system that features our patented twist-lock filter mounting system, our patented MR technology for precise fueling without check engine lights, a massive 360 degree 8-Layer Oiled Cotton Gauze air filter, a smooth Rotomolded induction tube for reduced restriction levels, and an integrated scoop that seamlessly connects to your factory inlet to deliver that cool, crisp air that your turbo diesel demands.

The EVO8008C air induction system utilizes Injen’s proprietary 8-Layer Oiled Cotton Gauze air filter for maximum efficiency (also available with a dry filter - P/N# EVO8008). Every Evolution induction systems utilize some of the largest filters on the market, employing super deep filter pleats, with some measuring over 1.25"deep! This particular intake kit also features our patented Twist-Lock mounting system on the air filter to ensure a simple installation. The EVO8008C cold air intake system was designed to use the maximum space available under the hood to ensure optimum breathing room and extreme performance, along with pulling fresh, clean air from the OE ram air scoop.

When it comes to durability, Injen’s EVO8008C can’t be beat! Some of our competitors use an inferior HDPE linear polyethylene to mold their intakes. HDPE is cheap for manufactuaring but doesn’t come close to the strength and durability of XLPE polyethylene. The XLPE that Injen uses has 20 times the environmental stress crack resistance of HDPE, 10 times the molecular weight of HDPE, and 5 times the impact and tensile strength of HDPE. In other words, Injen’s Evolution intake systems are built tough and designed to last!

Each system includes premium stainless steel hardware and automotive grade couplers for leak-free operation. Cross Linked XLPE Roto-molded Housing and front scoop:
The one-piece sealed housing utilizes the all-new Injen Twist-Lock System to securely attach the Injen SuperNano-Web Dry air filter in place which eliminates the use of unnecessary parts and provides one of the simplest installations available. The box is molded into our fully functional ram air scoop to capture the maximum amount of cool air to feed that hungry turbo diesel engine.  The EVO8008C housing also sports the all-new Injen Clear-View badge for a cleaner more aggressive under hood appearance.

Roto-molded Intake Tube:
The EVO8008C Evolution Cold Air Intake System uses a custom designed and dyno-tuned intake tube that also incorporates our patented MR technology insert for precise fueling to produce huge power gains while retaining an OE quality fit.

8-Layer Oiled Cotton Gauze Dry Air Filter:
'That’s massive!' is all you will hear about this 8-layer oiled cotton gauze air filter that is included with the EVO8008C cold air intake system. This filter is uniquely designed to work with the Injen Twist-Lock System. Using our Twist-Lock technology has allowed our technicians to use the largest filter available for this application for maximum air flow and filtration efficiency. This giant air filter enhances the air volume resulting in increased power gains while making this installation process quick and easy.
