How to submit a Service Claim ?

Go to the Drivenbystyle website.

Click the link in the header area of the site for "Service Claim"

Login to your account using your email address and password.

From the menu choose My Claims and select your order from the list to begin.

Select the order which you want to request a claim from "Please Select" drop down and Click on "Open Claim" button.

Answer the questions on the form and Upload several photos or Videos of issues with the products, that will assist in resolving your claim with the shipper.

Submit Your claim.

Once you have submitted your claim request, can login any time to add updates or check Status of your claim.

Most claims will receive a response within 1 business day.

When we respond to your claim you will receive an email notification.

You can also View and update the claim using this auto generated email.
