Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter:
Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 8” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 5" flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. Our Pro 5R media provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air, usually resulting in the highest power gains out of all our filter media options. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
The one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), draws styling cues from the Mustang's body. It incorporates the OE air inlet with no additional hardware and features an auxiliary air inlet that captures additional air from the inner fender. Its patented filter-to-housing interface design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system.
Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube:
This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable.
Momentum GT intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. Premium T-bolt clamps, couplings, and all other hardware is included.
This intake system is not CARB exempt at this time and is not legal for sale in California or use on vehicles registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicles.
