We deliver to residential addresses as well as commercial body shops and business addresses. Our website includes shipping rates for all 50 USA states as well as Canada and Puerto Rico. Many customers often ask why is shipping so expensive. Many body kits and hoods are oversized items that are too large for UPS or Fedex parcel delivery. These oversized items must ship via tractor trailer and the box for bumpers or full body kits is the size of a refrigerator. The price displayed is what we actually pay for shipping.
We guarantee the lowest price on shipping. If you order multiple parts such as front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper the cart will combine the shipping for the first 3 items. For orders of 4 or more parts it will combine as an oversized body kit shipment and have you select the new rate.
**All body kits and aerodynamics qualify for grouped shipping except for hoods, trunks and rear hatches.
How do I get my body kit color matched to my vehicle?
All parts come raw and unpainted and in a primer or gelcoat finish. We advise our customers to have their body kits painted and installed at a local auto body shop. All fiberglass parts will require some amount of body work and finishing prior to being ready for paint. For customers that wish to vinyl wrap the parts that can be done once the part is prepped and primered then finish sanded and polished.

How does an Aero Function Body Kit Install?
Most products from Aero Function will install using the OEM mounting hardware. For instance when you remove the stock bumper cover the bolts and and mounting brackets will swap over to the new bumper. For instance in some situations modifications will need to be made to the brackets or the part. The result will then allow the installer to achieve acceptable panel gaps and fitment. For this reason we always suggest doing a dry fit with the part. This ensures before you drill or alter it in the event there is a significant fitment issue the manufacturer warranty can be used.

Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee fitment. All our products are made to the closest OEM standards possible, but since they are all hand made minor difference can occur. Also with the vast possibilities of why products do not fit perfectly, such as accidents, heat, poor installation, etc, it is very difficult to guarantee perfect fitment. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it, and we will refund you the product price in full less shipping and handling.
Is it hard to install these products?
For an experience body man, it is very simple to install our products. This is not always the case for body shops that have no experience in installing after market body kits. Even though you might feel you have the experience and knowledge to install it yourself, we do not recommend for any of our customers to install the products themselves. Please be advised that our recommendation is to take it to a professional. If the body shop is going to charge you anything over $1000 to paint and install a single bumper, you are probably better off finding another shop to do the work.
What kind of body shop should I have this kit installed by?
When looking for a body shop to install your kit, look for one with experience in doing such installations. A body shop with 30 years experience in doing collision work but no experience in aftermarket body kits is not recommended. It would be better to take the kit to a body shop with just 2 years in business but specialize in installing aftermarket body kits. Ask to see examples of other finished vehicles to ensure that they really do have the experience they claim.

We want all consumers to know that there will always be minor sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or filling prior to installing FRP (fiberglass) parts. The primer and or gel coat finish must have every square millimeter completely sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting.

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for any reason as long as it is returned in new condition in the original packaging and you pay for all shipping charges; original shipping fees are non-refundable. Products are non-refundable if altered in any way. Products are non-refundable if they are returned damaged in any way so be sure to properly repackage and insure your return shipment. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with aftermarket fiberglass and urethane body kits. Paint and installation process will include but are not limited to sanding, shaving, cutting and filling. Extra fees usually will be incurred for proper fitment, prep work etc. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues. All parts are for off-road and show use only.
For any order that is requesting a return within 10 days of delivery no restocking fee is due.
For any order that is requesting a return 11-30 days after delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery Inspection Procedure
- **Oversized Freight Delivery Requires Inspection Upon Delivery (Tractor Trailer Shipments Only)
- **It is extremely important to follow these instructions exactly to ensure that your shipment will be covered by the damage insurance.
When the shipment arrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the box and its contents for any major damage to the parts. You must unpack the order and remove each item from the box to check for concealed damage. If you do find damage to any of the items, please physically write "Damaged" on the delivery bill. Do not write anything else other than "damaged" on the delivery bill as it can affect the outcome of a claim decision by the shipping company. You will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us immediately. We will ask for digital pictures to verify that damage has occurred as it will be needed for processing the claim. In the instance major damage has occurred, we will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship you new parts as soon as they are available.
**Please note that if a product is damaged in transit and it was not inspected at delivery and not noted so on the delivery bill, we will be unable to assist beyond that point. Once the customer signs the bill of laden the shipping company will not allow us to submit a claim on your behalf.
**For orders shipped to a body shop it is your responsibility to contact them prior to delivery to ensure they inspect it before signing for it. If your body shop signs for the package without inspecting its contents for concealed damage we will not be able to file a claim for you with the shipping company.
I agree that I will inspect the item at delivery and fully understand that if I do not inspect this item at delivery and unbox it at a later time to find concealed damage that I waive all rights to file a damage claim on the delivery insurance. I also fully understand that a damaged item cannot be returned for refund or store credit under any circumstances.
