Injen has spent countless hours testing and fine tuning the sound that this side exit exhaust system makes and it’s second to none. Our engineers were not satisfied with an off the shelf muffler, so we completely designed our own to provide you with the power and the sound that you crave!

This Injen Technology dual side exit cat-back exhaust is also designed with bolt-on black ceramic exhaust tips that have our beautiful Injen badge attached. Those same tips exit in front of the rear passenger tire for an aggressive and captivating appearance that will surely set your Raptor apart from the crowd.

Mandrel bent 304 stainless steel is used throughout this entire system that is hand Tig welded for that uncompromising quality that you’ve come to trust from Injen Technology. Upon opening the box, you’ll quickly learn that this is more than an exhaust, it’s a piece of art! The bends are smooth and well thought-out for dyno proven power and maximum flow. Don’t forget that Injen never compromises, as we include our stainless steel investment cast flanges for leak and trouble free fitment. A true bolt-on system in every sense of the word and everything you need is included with our system for a hassle-free installation. 

Custom Dual inlet/outlet muffler:
You won’t find a Y-Pipe here like the competition! The muffler used on this system was designed specifically for the dual side exit Raptor exhaust and features dual 3" inlets/outlets for maximum airflow. The muffler’s internal design and length was changed numerous times until our engineers found the perfect sound without sacrificing power output. It’s this type of dedication to every component that sets Injen apart from the completion.

No Exhaust Leaks or fitment issues!
Unlike our competition, Injen never compromises to reduce costs. Where our competition uses band clamps, Injen uses superior quality stainless steel investment cast flanges for the ultimate seals and ensures a hassle free exhaust. Dual Black-Ceramic Exhaust Tips:
Dual 4" black ceramic exhaust tips are the finishing touch on this beautiful exhaust system. The tips bolt-on for easy adjustments and provide a visual punch that will set your Raptor apart for the pack!

OE Style Fitment:
OE-Style exhaust hangers are used throughout that utilize the OE hanger bushing that came with your Raptor. This allows the system to install and flex like the factory system during high-stress situations without any damage. A true hassle-free installation with no cutting required.

After hours of designing and dyno testing, Injen is proud to say that the SES9102 Dual Side-Exit exhaust system puts down numbers of up to 12 additional horsepower and 14 lb-ft. of torque.
