**All Duraflex Parts Require Test Fitment Prior To Painting: Never paint your fiberglass parts before you verify fitment. Warranty claims will not be approved for fitment for any parts that have already been painted and are not in new unaltered raw condition.
How do I get my body kit color matched to my vehicle?
All Duraflex parts come raw and unpainted and in a rough black finish that requires sanding, body work and fine tuning prior to being ready for paint and installation. We advise our customers to have their body kits painted and installed at a local auto body shop that does customization (not collision repair facility). All fiberglass parts will require some amount of body work and finishing prior to being ready for paint. Refunds will not be given for parts requiring body work and cosmetic finishing. For customers that wish to vinyl wrap the parts that can be done once the part is prepped and primered then finish sanded and polished.

Do you guarantee fitment?
Due to the nature of fiberglass, we do not guarantee perfect fitment. All our products are hand made and minor differences can occur from part to part. We do however, guarantee satisfaction on our products, so for any reason you are not satisfied by what you ordered, simply return it, and we will refund you the product price in full less shipping and handling. By ordering this item you hereby confirm that you understand that installing and painting aerodynamics products can be difficult. Paint and installation process will include but are not limited to sanding, shaving, cutting and filling. Extra fees will be incurred for proper fit and finish of all fiberglass products. Refunds will not be issued due to minor fitment issues. Major fitment issues will be reviewed for warranty and will require photos of test fitment. All parts are deemed for off-road and show car use only.
Fitment Warranty Procedure:What to do if your Duraflex part does not fit and you wish to start a fitment claim to have the product reviewed for warranty coverage.
Please provide photos of the item being test fit at a professional autobody shop that shows the part both from wide angle showing the entire part and vehicle as well as any close ups that can demonstrate the issue such as gaps or alignment issues. Please be sure to provide as many photos as you can and if you are able to provide short video clips up to 20 seconds in length each they are very helpful for warranty review. Once you have all the photos and video for your claim please log into your account on our website and click my claims to start your claim. If you checked out with guest checkout we have emailed you an invite to upgrade to a user account so you can access the claim system.
When you start a warranty claim with us please do not reassemble the vehicle just yet as we may request additional information and images. All of our claims are reviewed daily Monday-Friday and we will escalate your claim to the manufacturer for review. Once they reply we will follow up with you and if an item is deemed to be defective we can then offer you a replacement or a refund whichever you prefer.Body Kit Installer Guide:
Some installations will require removal or repositioning of factory components, like impact absorbers, reinforcement bars, horns or fog lights. If any component is interfering with the installation, remove these components and proceed with test fitting the bumper (Make sure to reinstall all vital components back in its place or new location. Some products are meant for show and off-road purposes only. (Removal of any factory safety components are at your own risk. )
Duraflex parts are NOT the same as OEM products. If you have a vehicle that was in an accident and in need of repair we advise you to replace your parts with OEM replacements. These parts are intended for the customer that is looking to upgrade or customize their vehicle. The installation process of Duraflex brand parts is NOT the same as stock original manufacturer equipment. We advise all customers installing Duraflex brand parts to source a shop with fiberglass experience and is comfortable with custom work.

We want all consumers to know that there will always be minor sanding, shaving, cutting, and/or filling prior to installing FRP (fiberglass) parts. The primer and or gel coat finish must have every square millimeter completely sanded and other prep work will be required prior to painting.

Products are non-refundable if altered in any way. Products are non-refundable if they are returned damaged in any way so be sure to properly repackage and insure your return shipment. It is recommended that the part be installed by a professional body shop that has experience working with aftermarket fiberglass and urethane body kits. For any order that is requesting a return within 10 days of delivery no restocking fee is due.
For any order that is requesting a return 11-30 days after delivery will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Delivery Inspection Procedure
- **Oversized Freight Delivery Requires Inspection Upon Delivery (Tractor Trailer Shipments Only)
- **It is extremely important to follow these instructions exactly to ensure that your shipment will be covered by the damage insurance.
When the shipment arrives, please be sure to thoroughly inspect the box and its contents for any major damage to the parts. You must unpack the order and remove each item from the box to check for concealed damage. If you do find damage to any of the items, please physically write "Damaged" on the delivery bill. Do not write anything else other than "damaged" on the delivery bill as it can affect the outcome of a claim decision by the shipping company. You will then accept the shipment as is, and notify us immediately. We will ask for digital pictures to verify that damage has occurred as it will be needed for processing the claim. In the instance major damage has occurred, we will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship you new parts as soon as they are available.
**Please note that if a product is damaged in transit and it was not inspected at delivery and not noted so on the delivery bill, we will be unable to assist beyond that point. Once the customer signs the bill of laden the shipping company will not allow us to submit a claim on your behalf.
**For orders shipped to a body shop it is your responsibility to contact them prior to delivery to ensure they inspect it before signing for it. If your body shop signs for the package without inspecting its contents for concealed damage we will not be able to file a claim for you with the shipping company.
**Do not discard any of the packaging or plastic wrap when a damage shipment occurs. We will need images of the box as well as the internal packing. We will also need image of the part # label that may appear on the part or bagging if applicable.
I agree that I will inspect the item at delivery and fully understand that if I do not inspect this item at delivery and unbox it at a later time to find concealed damage that I waive all rights to file a damage claim on the delivery insurance. I also fully understand that a damaged item cannot be returned for refund or store credit under any circumstances.
