Introducing our carbon fiber front splitter for 2014-2019 Infiniti Q50 sedan made by Driven By Style. Secondly we use a process called vacuum infusion to produce these carbon fiber splitters. Vacuum infusion produces the strongest lightest possible parts and allows us to offer an extremely high quality part to Infiniti Q50 owners. In Vacuum infusion the carbon fiber and reinforcement core material are laid in the mold dry and then vacuum bagged before resin is pulled through the part. Finally once the resin reaches the vacuum port on the other side of the part the lines are clamped off and allowed to cure. Once the item is cured it can be trimmed and cosmetically finished. Vacuum infusion produces the highest quality composite parts.
