2014-2018 RAM 1500 - SCORCHER HD Performance Package

This performance package is bang for your buck, it consists of the Momentum HD air intake system (P/N: 54-72006), the Dynamic Air Scoop (P/N: 54-72006-S), the SCORCHER HD module (P/N: 77-42012) and a Restore kit (P/N: 90-50501).

Momentum HD Intake Features:
Unique One-Piece High Quality Housing w/ Auxiliary Scoop:
The smooth one-piece high quality sealed housing with auxiliary air scoop is used to eliminate the use of multiple-piece housings and ensure the coolest air intake charge available. A large, clear sight window is used for a hassle-free filter inspection and an aggressive style. A urethane plug is also included if you wish to block off the auxiliary air inlet. High Quality Tube:
This system uses a high quality, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. A thin-walled aluminum tube section provides the largest cross section possible to achieve the maximum volumetric flow rate into the turbo adaptor.

Huge 5-Layer Performance Air Filter:
The Momentum HD intake is designed around an oil-free, large 9" round 360 degree radial flow performance air filter with 5-layers of progressive finer mesh cotton media providing maximum airflow and performance. The unique air filter to housing interface allows for maximum filter size which increases the available air volume while simplifying the installation process.

Premium Hardware:
Premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a 3-Ply reinforced silicone coupling are used for strength and durability while also providing the most secure installation available. Momentum HD intakes are designed with fewer parts for a quick and simple installation.

Dynamic Air scoops lower intake air temperatures by forcing more cool air from the front grille area into the air intake auxiliary scoop.

High Quality D.A.S Scoop:
This Dynamic Air Scoop is constructed with roto-molded plastic and made from heat soak resistant material for greater strength and unique styling.

All necessary hardware is included for an easy, hassle free installation. No cutting or drilling required.

SCORCHER HD Module Features:
A simple 30 minute install will restore the power and overall drivability of your EcoDiesel after the emission update. The aFe POWER SCORCHER HD Module includes a high quality case & wire harness with factory style connectors for an easy plug & play installation. A LED light switch provides In-Cabin On-The-Fly power adjustments. The 4-Power settings are adjustable with one button and the LED light represent the settings: Stock (Green), Sport (Yellow), Sport+ (Orange) and Race (Red).

Direct Plug & Play Power:
This quick and easy plug & play SCORCHER HD module adds significant power by altering pressure sensor signals to increase turbo boost and fuel pressure to improve vehicle efficiency and power. It also alters the accelerator pedal sensitivity to overcome the turbo lag and provide crisp on-tap acceleration at the driver's disposal.

In-Cabin On-the-Fly Power Adjustments:
SCORCHER HD modules features In-Cabin On-the-Fly power adjustment to accommodate any situation. This adjustment is controlled by via LED light switch with a button that can be easily mounted in any location in the cabin.



High Quality Case & Wire Harness:
aFe POWER SCORCHER HD modules uses high quality aluminum extrusion black powder-coated enclosure casing and factory style connectors which requires no modification to your factory harness. These factory style connectors, plugs directly into the stock wiring harness connectors and sensors.

High Precision and Quality:
SCORCHER HD modules are 100% tested for proper protection. These modules work amazingly on stock vehicles and are optimized for maximum performance with use of aFe POWER performance products.

Note:
aFe POWER does not recommend to use with any other tuners or modules. aFe POWER recommends to use the SCORCHER HD module in Sport or Sport+ settings during towing. This SCORCHER HD module performs with no issue on truck with or without the EcoDiesel emission re-flash.
