We handle all customer service claims for issues such as damaged item, defective item, warranty request, and product returns with this system that is available to you 24/7. Once your claim has been received a member of our staff will review it and assign it onto the proper department with the manufacturer or distributor from which your item was shipped. Most customer service claims are resolved within 1-2 business days and claims are monitored daily.

Our order update request system will allow you to request an update on your order at any time 24/7. Once an order update request has been submitted your order will be moved to our urgent order update queue and an e-mail will be triggered to the warehouse from your order is being shipped. We will update your order as soon as tracking information is available typically within 1-2 business days.
